User-Generated Content

• The Platform allows users to use, create, modify, and save custom templates and download visual materials.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create and distribute using the Platform.

• legal compliance of user-generated content,
• potential copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringements,
• any damages, claims, or negative consequences arising from the use of such content.

Intellectual property

Premium Access & Payments

• Access to premium features is granted upon successful payment.
• All payments are final and strictly non-refundable.
• Premium access is provided for 7 days from the time of purchase.
• If the user can reasonably demonstrate that due to technical issues (server downtime, critical bugs) they were unable to access premium features, the owner will, after resolving the issue, extend the premium access by 7 additional days.
• Beyond this, no refunds or financial compensations will be offered.
